Dear Gareth,
This letter is written in reference to the Vauxhall Astra we purchased from you last month. At the time we were just passing and were a little apprehensive. We didn’t know the garage, or the people who owned it. However, the customer service we received more than made up for our apprehension. Every question I asked was answered with honesty and integrity and my wife is absolutely delighted with the car. In an age where so many people write to complain about something, I think it’s a good thing to write a letter of appreciation. As I mentioned, I will be looking to buy a car, probably next year and I will have no hesitation in paying you a visit.

I just want to let you know how pleased we are with the Mercedes C180 Estate we bought from you a short while ago. It looks brilliant and is utterly reliable, doing everything we ask of it with ease.
